Returns — Domestic (US)

We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for all US orders, starting upon order arrival. Refunds or exchanges are unavailable after 30 days.

Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in original packaging. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Live Sale Items

Live sale purchases are eligible for exchanges only within 30 days. No returns are accepted. Custom items sold during live sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Orders

The same 30-day policy applies. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

Please contact us before ordering regarding sizing or product details to ensure satisfaction.

Return Procedure

Email support@viorale.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several days.

Exceptions: customized, sized, altered, or damaged jewelry cannot be returned. Sterling silver jewelry will not be accepted after 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven’t received it, email support@viorale.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. To initiate, email support@viorale.com.
